Honestly, I like desktops very much.
I don’t like laptops, and I will never use one.
I don’t travel with my gear, so maybe that is the reason.
I sense a little bit of boring with this show, i think you guys want to end it it.
I didn’t see a great tutorial in a log time in this show.

  18. George Kwain says:

Matt – A suggestion – Show the difference between cloning on a blank layer with the stamp tool set to lighten and the layer set to normal versus having the layer set to lighten. If the layer is set to normal, it is possible to darken the image if you’re not careful, since the lighten mode of the tool is only affected by the layer it is working on and not the layer below. In the example you used today, it would be possible to darken the white background by cloning from another part of the image even with the tool set to lighten. This could cause confusion if someone is not aware of the difference between the modes of the tools versus the modes of the layers.

  52. agri says:

Good to have u back again guys!

  53. Apple says:

Great show! Thanks, use CRW; think about 3-D Extended not to work with but to play with; New version seems too involved to be worth getting E Extended.Click on a line you get a page of pull downs…then each one pulls down a page of more choices. gets so you forget which page is for what. Take a while to learn this stuff. Then you line them up and take two from column one and add it to column two and save them to add to the next page. 3-D needs to be MORE simple, not something that needs more heads than one to keep it in line. You can do it, Corey, and we can follow you but we can’t do it by ourselves. I thought I was getting it in CS5 because you could “follow the bounding ball” and actually make something…something simple…and be so proud of what you’d done.
God, I love Photohop and where you’re taking it and dragging me and my ilk along with you. Please allow us to come up for air with when need it yourselfl
This is our first affair, Corey, Oh, please, be kind!

  54. Allan says:

Nice to have you guys back again.

Interesting comments about the use of laptops. Perhaps you could spare some time on one show to talk about monitor/display calibration and the ways you guys calibrate your laptop displays.

  55. Mike Umana says:

Welcome back. Look forward to the new season.

  56. Welcome back! As always, another great show with the kind of information I need almost every day. I love my dslr, and I need my Photoshop. Your tips seem like you were looking over my shoulder during my last PS session. I had the problem, you had the answer. By the way, CS6 is awesome. I share your enthusiasm.

I prefer my Mac Pro because I find the MacBook screens could be sharper. My Eizo monitor is the absolute best.

  57. Paula Coley says:
