Regarding Mr.Parker’s tutorial: Would adding a clipping-masked Adjustment Layer set to the specific Blend Mode not work just as well as duplicating the Layer, applying an Adjustment and changing the Blend Mode? Plus it would allow potential touch-up on the underling layer more conveniently and take less space.
