Lightroom Killer Tips: 5 Tips for Custom Print Templates

Published:

This week I thought I'd go through the custom print templates in Lightroom 3. It's such a cool feature in that it frees you to lay out a print any way you want. Techniques and layouts that would take 10 layers in Photoshop are, basically, just drag-and-drop with the Custom Package feature. But there's lots of little tips that help make it easier so I figured I'd put them all in one video. Enjoy!

Hi Matt, Been looking online but I cant find a easy way to manage my digital assets on lightroom when It comes to sales, competition entries, and points kind of thing. So what Im lookin is a simple area that I can enter what competitons I enter a image and then notes and results, or how many print I did of a image and sold on limot edition or if I sold a image on a restricted licence kind of thing. Do you know if there is a lightroom plug in for it or ther is any other app that does that easiers then Keyword? THanks Paula

Hi Matt: I found your shows on exposure vs brightness and exposure vs fill light to be super helpful. Could you also do shows on the differences between the contrast sliders highlights vs lights and darks vs shadows?

    Thanks.
