Awesome show, as usual. Larry, I think you have set the precedent for a solo show — nicely done. Of course, I would be delighted with either of those prizes (hint, hint).
I find the discussion about the business side of things more and more intriguing — more discussion about establishing a clientele and working with clients would be interesting.

Larry !!! Ya got to lay off of the coffee before the show !! Or—I’ll have some of what your taking !
Really enjoyed the copyright segment. I just need to register my photos, plain and simple. One thing to address in the future is where copyright should be going to adapt to our digital, shared world.
Great showLike the portrait tips. Very useful
Hey. Good show. I really like the step back tip. That will help me a lot. It will help me because i am 15 and have started my own company. I really like all the stuff you guys give out. I could use all the help i can.
Kaj Bansen
Another excellent show. I always learn something new. Here is a photographer I think you should feature on DTOWN.

Love to win the case.
An interesting show. Good prizes
Hi Larry – great show! See you can do it yourself without any help!
You did a great job holding down the show on your own Larry.
I like this show!
Best show ever! I’ve seen the lens compression effect demonstrated before, but this was the clearest demonstration I’ve seen by far. I’d like to see a similar demonstration showing the effect on the width of a face and its features at varying focal lengths.
Great show.
i agree larry…best show yet.
Love the bag.
Hi Larry, great show and a good mix of segments. The copyright segment was informative. Like the giveaway, the Kata bag looks great – what was the bag name/type?
I am interested in learning more about Flash photography. I have an SB-900 but I can’t find anything about the basics. I am a kelby training member and an NAPP Member yet I find nothing of any help.
Well done Larry, excellent show and you did it without those other crazy people
One thing I think would be handy, when showing comparison photos, show them side by side on screen, rather than one after another. Think this would help to highlight the particular point that the teacher is trying to show.
Until next week, take care.
GREAT SHOW! Loved the posing tips.
Larry–I agree with you: this was a great show.
Great Show Larry…. RC and Matt have never been better!
really great episode. Makes me want a 70-200.

Great piece on commercial rights, always useful to know since it’s a matter so little discussed.
Gabriel
A great example of why I like D-Town. A broad range of topics with a focus on meaty tips.
Really enjoyed the informative Jack Reznicki segment.
Have the Perfect Photo Suite 6, but would love the Kata bag.
Larry won’t let anyone back in the show
J.
Hi!
Great show as always!
How about some tips about making good pictures in adverse situations (bad light etc.)?
Great tips re: copyright but as I’m a UK photographer I wondering if either a) I can reigster my images for copyright in the US and benefit from such protection or b) whether we could get some insights into how UK copyright laws can protect Uk photographers.
Thanks!
The information on lens compression was excellent. The examples were very useful. Great job by everyone.
Saw Jerry Ghionis at Toronto photo show on Friday -great to see he has posing class on Kelby. Well worth it!
I love your show being following it for long time, the bag looks awesome.
Hooray for free stuff!
Great show Larry
Great show as always.

wow never seen so much comments in a episode,,,,might it be for the Kata bag.
I WANT IT
Just my bag
Great show Larry
Really appreciate the quality content and education that d-town brings to phototographers. Thanks to the team.
[...] I had not thought much about doing a post about this until I saw DTown TV for this week. They have a segment with photographer Jack Reznicki talking about image rights and derivates (edited) images and what is acceptable and what is (as it will be in most cases) unacceptable. It was quite informative and I suggest that anyone who puts images up on the web should check out this episode of DTown TV. [...]
Wow – What a great host! RC might be in trouble…
Hey Larry,
Whole show to yourself & no cheap shots? Disappointed
Larry goes solo!
Who would of thunk it?
Great one man show, lots of useful information and tips as usual.
Perhaps Glyn Dewis or Dave Clayton could take up David Kelly’s request for UK copyright info and record a session for you. (The UK Copyright Service’s website has lots of information.)
Good show for a one man show lol
Great stuff Larry (and I do like the single host idea) Thanks.
Great show! Thanks for the good info as always!
Great show Larry!
I found the copyright talk very helpful. I purchase Perfect suite a while ago after watching a previous episode (but I could use a new backpack).
Larry you did a good job all by yourself.
Great tips and show.
Love the show, keep up the good work…
Love the show Larry – one guest or three. Look forward to the next one.

Now really. I like a lot the focal length/barrel distortion discussion!
Also the legal tips where great!!!
Very helpful segment on focal length and distance to subject. Thanks for all the good info.
Love the introduction to Marco Ribbe’s photography! Featuring artists like that really helps inspire others. Keep it up!
Nice show Larry, great tips. Thanks
Awesome show! Great tips! This is how I would like for Dtown TV to be every week. I’ve been procrastinating watching the legal class on Kelbytraining.com but I will do it tonight.
You did great on your own Larry!
Always a great show….
Your tips have helped me become a better photographer. Thank You.
Love the camera and legal info. Have the suite but could use the bag.
Love the copyright segment. There is some very useful info there on this sometimes blurry subject. Thank you for including that segment.
-Scott
Done a great job Larry!
Just a quick note. A work is copyrighted whether it is registered or not. Registration is better for damages and yes is necessary for a law suit. But, not necessary to have copyright in your work.
Larry, great basic photography tutorial.
Great show and great work pulling it off by yourself.
You, guy, are awesome. Great show.
Larry, great show as always!
~MB
Great copywrite info. Wonderful show as always.
Hi Larry, loved the interview on copyright, and it answered the big question about derivatives, that raw unprocessed files can easily be submitted to the copyright office. Just what i needed to hear, and of course, you, Larry, always brilliant on the show.
Very good show, and useful information about copyright. Cheers!!
Nice solo work!!
Very nice episode. Great tips! Greetings from Sweden!
Love the show, nice to see Larry got to finish his sentences (sorry RC).
Fantastic. I’ve had my camera for a while now and decided to learn how to use it. I’ve just discovered your site and learnt so much already… Keep up the good work..Thank you.
Another great tip keep on coming.
You should create an image of Scott holding a pack of straws and have Matt, RC and Larry drawing the straws for who would get to go to G+.
How about a show on some cameras automatic HDR?
Always great shows, Thanks.
I love Dtown, and think that Larry and RC are one of the best team on Kelby TV (honestly).
But Larry did it well alone today. Missed only the Cheap Shot
Great show, Larry. Would love to win the backpack!
Was watching an older show about sports photography. Wold like to see Scott give tips on shooting in small gyms and high school fields. Gyms that are really little more then caves lit by flashlights. I a small town photojournalist and often shoot have to shoot sports in really dark places.
Another great show.
Great Show Thank sLarry. I am not picky if I would win a prize. Have a great week
Larry, you don’t need anyone else!
That bag is way awesome!

Becker rocks!
Great show! Larry Becker, you did just fine, in fact great, all by yourself!
