wow!!! what a great camera.
I’m a 60D owner and see this as similiar but newer, and i’ve alrdaey been able to play with the 60D for 4 months so i don’t regret it as The Else above. I’d love to try this camera as the 7000D is really cool. If someone lent me a 5100 i’d shoot both all over the place but doubt there would be too much difference.That said my brother is looking for a new camera and i’d really reccomend this to him it looks terrific.Well done Nikon! With all the troubles in Japan we wish you the best nationally and with this camera.Stuart

Good information but as a serious amateur (with no desire to go pro) this camera is too expensive for me to even consider. I like all the features but certainly won’t need them.

Fabulous camera and great info by the Nikon NPS crew. Agree with Sebastian that a similar show on the D800 would be of value to many of us.
I am curious as to the implications on our computer systems as the cameras move into higher and higher resolution processing and Mega pixel numbers.

While I love Nikon and I couldn’t do without their stuff, why giving Nikon so much free publicity? I had expected at least a few critical questions. It seems that most pros in the NIkon world for instance don’t like the different card and the fact that CF had reached it max write speed has now been proven wrong by Lexar latest 1000x.
I’m a Canon shooter…and I WANT a D4!!! Nice!
Just read the news about D800…wonder if the MP is overkill. Lots of hype, but very little new features other than megapixels.

Can you go over monitor calibration – which is best how it works, etc? My prints are always completely different than what’s on my screen and i don’t know where to start to fix this. Thanks!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE the show!

Why was the video shot at 2.8 with limited depth of field. Compared to other Kelby videos it was good but not as good. Great camera and mine is on order. Now lets hope that its not delayed for long.

First I’ve heard about the new card format.
I really enjoyed the show. It’s nice to see how the other half lives sometimes.
Get segment on painting with light. Also RC showed a get example of mixing light temps. Keep up the good work!

I enjoyed this episode on the Nikon D4 and especially the final feature, demonstrating the networking capability and controls for use with iPads and other mobile devices. Now if I could just afford to buy one!

Holy cow! I usually don’t even look at cameras that I can’t afford but what a great machine! I’m going to nikonusa.com just to get more information now so that in about 6-7 years I can buy it. ;~P

Most of the vid looks out of focus and has lots of issues with moire. If I were part of Nikon marketing I would not want it advertised that this video was shot with the D4.

Question, im trying out lightroom beta, and when i do my adjustments in lr beta and than do my edit in cs5 it dont carry over the edit i did in lr beta. lightroom 3 works just fine. any ideas on what that could be?
