    If you are shipping cases on the airlines, put some of that tape on the cases, makes them easier to find.

    Had a shoot where they wanted a very minimum of shadows. Used a large light source and moved it around so that there where no shadows. All with one light and didn’t have to worry about other lights or reflectors.

    Hey guys, I don’t have an iPad to try this out but could you use your iPad in tandem with your DSLR while light painting to get a “Live View” of what you have done? It seems like it might be a nice technique for beginning light painters.

    I wonder if you could do “Dark Painting”? In other words, put your camera in bulb mode and use different colored or textured fabrics fill in the area surrounding the subject. Be Interesting as long as you can keep your body parts out of the frame.

    Thanks for another great show. I’ve done light painting many times before, objects and scenes using my million candle power spot light, some times with gels, and some not. Since the digital evolution It’s much easier to see what I’ve done. When I used 35mm, sometimes I’d waste rolls of film and come up with nothing.

    Hi Guys. Love the show.

    Have you changed some things technically. iTunes no longer lets me download from my iMac to me (gen 2) ipod touch. It is complaining that the video is not in a supported format.

    Another tripod solution for iPhone 4/4S is The Glif. Which mounts on a normal tripod. I use it with a portable tripod.

    Very Cool , although light paintingis not new the new age of the digital world makes it revitalized with instant results rather than back in the day of film when you had to wait to see results . Add all the software and creativity pushes the possibilities further. Omg did I say film ? Im either old or been doing this long time …lol

    Good show. The reflective tape idea is great for putting on all my gear which might be left behind on a night shoot. I can just sweep the area with a flashlight before I leave to make sure nothing was left behind.

    No surprise, I liked this episode, but then I’ve like all the episodes. Perhaps the best feature is the variety. There are some items that don’t catch my interest as much, and others that catch it very much. Part of the reason that I keep coming back. The short format works well, too. Keep going !

    Great show keep it up. I have been following it since show #1.

    Regarding the tip on tape to ID your tripod, I have had high speed car racing tape on mine for a couple of years not only for ID but I put 6>8 wraps so it can be pulled off and used for emergencies.

    Hi Guys! Been doing light painting for sometime…..mostly landscapes and seascapes… On another matter, I’ve always been able to upload your show on my iPod. Now it says I can’t anymore???? Why is that? Do I have to pay to have your show on my iPod. Since show no.1, they’re all on my iPod and I keep referring to them while I’m on the road. So, what gives?
