Here&#039;s a small challenge for you!!!!

D7000 hotshoe not firing Sunpak suto 555 Flash. 
I am using a generic PC sync adapter  mounted to the hot shoe, from which the Sunpak PC sync cable connects to the 555 flash. 
I cannot get the D7000 to recognized that an adapter of Flash is connected to the hotshoe.
My bracketing/flash menu seems to have nothing to enable the hotshoe for non dedicated flashes( It fires my Unomat BC38T mounted directly to the hotshoe but  not the 555 by way of the adapter.
How can you help me with this?</description>
