Nikon has released Capture NX 2.2 with a handful of new updates. If you want to just jump right into it, the new upgrade is available now for download from the Nikon website here. The latest version now supports OS X 10.5.6, as well as support for NRW-format RAW images captured with the COOLPIX P6000 and a whole bunch of other modifications.
