ANSWER THIS QUESTION. IF YOU CAN?
I MADE A SELECTION ON 4X4 72 DPI PHOTO OF TIGER PAW THEN I TOOK THAT SELECTION ONLY (ONLY SLECTION,MARCHING ANTS,NOT WITH THE PHOTO)AND THAT SELECTION DROPPED ONTO NEW BLANK DOCUMENT 8X11 300 DPI
THEN I EXPENDED IT TO FIT ONTO NEW SIZE,WHAT HAPPENED THEN THE SELECTION BECAME SO JAGGED,TORN,LOSE ITS QUALITY.
PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO ENLARGE OR EXPAND THE SIZE OF SELECTION AND KEEP THE QUALITY MADE FROM SMALL selection TO BIGGER selection .I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND MY QUESTION,
    THANK YOU

I prefer the way of building a stroke with an “explosion” – type which is available when you choose gradient as an option inside the stroke window.
And then make the colors in the gradient pretty close to each oher and you got yourself a double stroke!
